Simply South Catering is available exclusively on VADA charters. Dinner and Lunch menus are available on any 3+ hour VADA charter and include an additional server; an appetizer-only menu is available on any VADA charter.

Guest-supplied food: You are welcome to bring your own food and snacks. No service staff is provided for guest-supplied food. Microwave use is for reheating only; no cooking is permitted aboard VADA.
Cruise Jacksonville meals: Meals provided through Cruise Jacksonville include service staff from the catering company.
